England chased 147-6 in 44.5 overs with top scorer by Michael Vaughan struck 30 off 59-balls including 3-fours, Andrew Flintoff, Andrew Strauss, Paul Collingwood each scored 23-runs and Paul Nixon 20 not out.

Bangladesh best bowler by Syed Rasel, Abdur Razzak and Mohammad Rafique each took two-wickets.

Sajid Mahmood named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling attack to picking up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 8.2 overs.
