* 137 : Lahiru Thirimanne and Tillakaratne Dilshan set up the second-highest second-wicket partnership for Sri Lanka against Australia. The highest was 163 between Sanath Jayasuriya and Kumar Sangakkara in Sydney in 2006.

Australia scored 170 for all-out in 46.5 overs with top scorer by Brad Haddin struck 50 off 67-balls including four-fours and a six, David Hussey cracked a 29 off 41-balls included five boundaries, Ben Cutting scored 27 and George Bailey 26.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Lasith Malinga picked up 3-wickets, Angelo Mathews, Thisara Perera both takes two-wickets, Nuwan Kulasekara and Ajantha Mendis each took one-wickets.

Sri Lanka chased 172-2 in 40.1 overs with top scorer by Lahiru Thirimanne 102 not out - which was his 1st ODI hundred, Tillakaratne Dilshan struck 51 off 88-balls including four boundaries and Kusal Perera 14 not out.
