Imran Tahir's five-for after Rassie van der Dussen's debut fifty helped to South Africa comprehensive 34-run victory over Zimbabwe, despite a late assault from Peter Moor's 44 and take a 1-0 lead in the first T20I.
* Imran Tahir's 5 for 23 was the joint second best bowling figures for South Africa in T20 international and South Africa's best figures against Zimbabwe in T20Is.
South Africa scored 160-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by debutant Rassia van der Dussen - who scored 56 off 44-balls on his debut T20I match.
David Miller struck 39 off 34-balls including 2-sixes & a four and Faf du Plessis blasted a 34 off 20-balls included 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 170.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Kyle Jarvis picked up 3-wickets, Chris Mpofu took two-wickets and one for Brandon Mavuta.
Zimbabwe scored 126 for all-out in 17.2 overs with top scorer by Peter Moor hammered a 44 off 21-balls including 5-sixes & a four with strike rate of 209.52.
Brandon Mavuta blasted a 28 off 14-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike-rate of 200, Sean Williams 21 and Brendon Taylor 19.
