Akeal Hosein stars as West Indies won the Super Over after Shai Hope's fighting unbeaten half-century and Khary Pierre struck two runs off last-ball of the match as match-tied against Bangladesh and level the series with 1-1 in a nail-biting thriller of the second ODI.

  • This is the 47th One-day international match to end in a tie. West Indies have been involved in 12 of the 47, This is the first time Bangladesh have involved in a tied match and the first time between Bangladesh and West Indies in ODIs.

Rishad Hossain hammered a unbeaten 39 off 14-balls including 3-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 278.57, Mehidy Hasan Miraz scored a unbeaten 32 off 58-balls including a boundary.

Nurul Hasan cracked a 23 off 24-balls including 2-fours & a six, Mahidul Islam Ankon scored 17 off 35-balls included two boundaries and Najmul Hossain Shanto hit 15 off 21-balls contained two-fours.

West Indies best bowler by Gudakesh Motie picked up 3-wickets, Alick Athanaze captured 2-wickets for 14-runs in 10-overs including three maidens with economy rate of 1.40 and Akeal Hosein took two-wickets.

West Indies scored 213-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Shai Hope hit a unbeaten 53 off 67-balls including 4-fours.

Keacy Carty cracked a 35 off 59-balls including 2-fours & a six, Alick Athanaze struck 28 off 42-balls including 4-fours, Justin Greaves scored 26 off 39-balls including two boundaries, 

Ackeem Auguste scored 17 off 29-balls included a boundary, Akeal Hosein struck 16 off 17-balls included a four and Gudakesh Motie hit 15 off 21-balls contained 2-fours.

Bangladesh best bowler by Rishad Hossain picked up 3-wickets for 42-runs in 10-overs, Nasum Ahmed, Tanvir Islam both took 2-wickets and one for Saif Hassan.

Shai Hope named Player of the match for his match-saving captain innings of unbeaten 53 off facing 67-balls including 4-fours.
