With England chasing a victory target of 205 in 37 overs on the last day, the game came down to the final over of the Test where England needed 13 runs off 6 balls to win.

Nick Knight, who was batting in the 80s with the tail had the responsibility to steer England home to famous victory - the match heading towards the best thrilling finishes in cricket ever.

With only 2 runs scored off the first 2 balls of the over, Nick Knight hit a six off the 3rd ball which shifted the balance in England's favor and eventually the equation came down to 1 Ball, 3 Runs to win.

England needed 3 runs to win off the final ball of the match with Nick Knight on strike.

Nick Knight hit the ball to deep cover and the batsmen scampered for 2 runs and as England tried to take another run though the ball was well in the keeper's gloves.

Nick Knight was run out attempting the 3rd run and the match was drawn in a last over thriller.

This was the first ever test match between England and Zimbabwe which produced the first scores-tied drawn Test match in cricket history in one of the best last ball finishes in cricket history.
