* Mohammed Shami became the fourth Indian bowler to take a hat-trick in One-day Internationals after Chetan Sharma, Kapil Dev, Kuldeep Yadav.

India scored 224-8 in 50-overs with top scorer by Virat Kohli struck 67 off 63-balls including 5-fours, Kedar Jadhav cracked a 52 off 68-balls included 3-fours & a six, KL Rahul hit 30 off 58-balls with 2-fours, Vijay Shankar 29 and MS Dhoni 28.

Afghanistan best bowler by Mohammad Nabi, Gulbadin Naib both took two-wickets, Rahmat Shah, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Rashid Khan and Aftab Alam each took one-wickets.

Afghanistan scored 213 for all-out in 49.5 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Nabi struck 52 off 55-balls including 5-fours & a six, Rahmat Shah hit 36 off consuming 63-balls included 3-fours, Gulbadin Naib 27, Hashmatullah Shahidi 21 and Najibullah Zadran 21.

India best bowler by Mohammad Shami claimed 4-wicket haul for 40-runs in 9.5 overs, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya each took two-wickets.

Jasprit Bumrah named Man of the match for his excellent economy bowling spell of 2 for 39-runs with dismiss of the Afghanistan's set batsmens of Rahmat Shah and Hashmatullah Shahidi.
