Half-centuries from Mohammad Hafeez, Babar Azam and Sarfraz Ahmed sets up to Pakistan thrilling 14-run victory over England, despite a Joe Root's classy century and Jos Buttler's record-breaking 75-ball fastest hundred in a high-scoring epic game of the sixth match of a World Cup.

* Jos Buttler hammered a 75-ball fifth fastest century in World Cups and the fastest hundred by an England batsman in World Cup history, surpassing the previous record of 90-ball hundred held by Kevin Pietersen against West Indies at Bridgetown in 2007.

* 3 : Jos Buttler hit the most centuries by an England batsman against Pakistan in One-day international cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 2-hundreds jointly hit by Alastair Cook, Alex Hales, Nick Knight, Kevin Pietersen, Jason Roy and Marcus Trescothick.

* Pakistan's 348 was their fourth highest score against England in One-day internationals and it is their second highest total in World Cups.

* England's 334-9 was their eighth highest score against Pakistan in One-day internationals and it is their joint second highest total in World Cups.

* 682 : This was the second highest aggregates match in World Cups and it is also the highest between England and Pakistan in World Cups.

* 130 : Joe Root and Jos Buttler set up the second highest fifth-wicket partnership for England against Pakistan in One-day international, England's seventh highest second-wicket stand in ODIs and England's record fifth-wicket partnership in World Cups, previously held by the 98-run stand between Joe Root and James Taylor at Wellington in 2015.

Pakistan scored massive total of 348-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Hafeez 84, Babar Azam struck 63 off 66-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Sarfaraz Ahmed cracked a 55 off 44-balls included 5-fours, Imam-ul-Haq hit 44 off 58-deliveries including 3-fours & a six and Fakhar Zaman scored 36 off 40-balls with six-fours.

England best bowler by Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes both picked up 3-wickets and Mark Wood took two-wickets.

England scored 334-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Joe Root struck 107 off 104-balls - which was his 15th ODI hundred, his first century against Pakistan in ODIs and his second ODI hundred in World Cups - including 10-fours & a six.

Jos Buttler blasted a 103 off 75-balls - which was his 9th ODI hundred, his third century against Pakistan in ODIs and his first ODI hundred in World Cups - including  9-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 135.52.

Jonny Bairstow scored a 32 off 31-balls including 4-fours & a six included 4-fours & a six and Chris Woakes 21.

Pakistan best bowler by Wahab Riaz picked up 3-wickets, Shadab Khan and Mohammad Amir each took two wickets.

Mohammad Hafeez named Player of the match for his magnificent 84-runs knocked off facing 62-balls including 8-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 135.48.
