  • India's 90-run win was their sixth largest victory by terms of runs against New Zealand in One-day International and it is their biggest win in New Zealand soil in ODIs, previous biggest win by 84-runs against New Zealand at Hamilton in 2009.
  • 154 : Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan set up the fourth highest first-wicket partnership for India against New Zealand in One-day Internationals.
  • 58 : Doug Bracewell and Lockie Ferguson set up the fifth highest ninth-wicket partnership for New Zealand against India in One-day internationals.

India scored mammoth total of 324-4 in 50-overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma 87, Shikhar Dhawan struck 66 off 67-balls including 9-fours.

MS Dhoni hammered a unbeaten 48 off 33-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 145.45, Ambati Rayudu scored 47 off 49-balls included 3-fours & a six.

Virat Kohli cracked a 43 off 45-balls including 5-fours and Kedar Jadhav blasted a unbeaten 22 off 10-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 220.

New Zealand best bowler by Trent Boult and Lockie Ferguson both 2-wickets in their 10-overs.

New Zealand scored 234 for all-out in 40.2 overs with top scorer by Doug Bracewell blasted a 57 off 46-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 123.91.

Tom Latham scored 34 off 32-balls including 3-fours & a six, Colin Munro hit 31 off 41-balls included 3-fours & a six, Henry Nicholls 28, Ross Taylor 22, Kane Williamson 20 and Martin Guptill 15.

India best bowler by Kuldeep Yadav claimed a 4-wickets for 45-runs in 10-overs, Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar both took 2-wickets and one for Kedar Jadhav - Mohammed Shami.

Rohit Sharma named Player of the match for his superb 87-runs knocked off facing 96-balls including 9-fours and 3-sixes.
