Ravindra Jadeja's four-for before Rohit Sharma's half-century steers to India domineering nine-wicket over West Indies and clinch the five-match series with 3-1 in a one-sided fifth ODI.

  • The nine-wicket win is India's 21st time in One-day international and second time India had defeated West Indies by nine or more wickets in ODIs.
  • India's 211-balls spare was their second largest victory by terms of balls remaining in One-day international and it is their biggest victory against West Indies in ODIs.
  • 202 : Rohit Sharma became the second Indian player to hit most sixes in One-day internationals after MS Dhoni (211).
  • Rohit Sharma became the second Indian batsman to hit 200 sixes in One-day international and overall the seventh player in ODIs.
  • West Indies' 104 was their tenth lowest score in One-day international and it is their worst total against India in ODIs.

West Indies scored 104 for all-out in 31.5 overs with top scorer by Jason Holder cracked a 25 off 33-balls including two boundaries.

Marlon Samuels hit 24 off 38-balls including 3-fours & a six and Kieran Powell scored 16 off consuming 39-balls included a boundary.

India best bowler by Ravindra Jadeja 4-34, Jasprit Bumrah capturing 2-wickets for 11-runs in 6-overs including a maiden, Khaleel Ahmed took 2-wickets and one for Bhuvneshwar Kumar - Kuldeep Yadav.

India chased 105-1 in 14.5 overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma hammered a unbeaten 63 off 56-balls including 5-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 112.50.

Virat Kohli blasted a unbeaten 33 off 29-balls including 6-fours with strike rate of 113.79 and Shikhar Dhawan scored 6 off 5-balls contained a boundary.

Ravindra Jadeja named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to claimed a 4-wicket haul for 34-runs in 9.5 overs.

Virat Kohli earned player of the series for contributing 453-runs including three consecutive one-day International centuries in the five-match ODI series.
