A destructive new-ball spell from Usman Shinwari's five-wicket haul in 21-balls sets up to Pakistan domineering nine-wicket victory over Sri Lanka and clinch the five-match series 5-0 whitewash in a one-sided game of the fifth ODI.

* This is the sixth time Pakistan have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral five-match series in One-day international and their first against Sri Lanka in ODIs.

* This is the fourth time Sri Lanka have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral five-match series in One-day internationals.

* Sri Lanka's 103 was their lowest score against Pakistan in One-day internationals.

* Hasan Ali's 5 for 34 was the fourth best bowling figures for Pakistan against Sri Lanka in One-day internationals.

* This was Sri Lanka's 12th consecutive matches lost in ODIs.

Sri Lanka scored 103 for all-out in 26.2 overs with top scorer by Thisara Perera struck 25 off 29-balls including 3-fours & a six and Lahiru Thirimanne 19, Seekkuge Prasanna 16.

Pakistan best bowler by Usman Shinwari 5-34, Hasan Ali and Shadab Khan both took two-wickets.

Pakistan chased 105-1 in 20.2 overs with top scorer by Fakhar Zaman 48 off 47-balls - who fell 2-runs short of his half-century - including 4-fours & a six  and Imam-ul-Haq cracked a unbeaten 45 off 64-balls including four-fours and a six.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Jeffrey Vandersay took one-wicket for 30-runs in 6.2 overs.

Usman Shinwari named Player of the match for his sensational bowling performance to claimed a career-best five-wicket haul for 34-runs in 7-overs.

Hasan Ali earned player of the series for claiming 14-wickets in the five-match ODI series.
