India best bowler by Jasprit Bumrah claimed four-wicket haul for 43-rus in 10-overs including two maidens, Yuzvendra Chahal picked up two-wickets, Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel both took one-wickets.

India chased 231-7 in 44.2 overs due to rain revised target of 231 from 47-overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma struck 54 off 45-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar scored a career-best unbeaten 53 off 80-balls including 8-fours and a six.

Shikhar Dhawan 49 off 50-balls - who fell one-run short of his half-century - including 6-fours & a six and MS Dhoni cracked a unbeaten 45 off 68 deliveries including a one boundary.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Akila Dananjay 6-54 and Milinda Siriwardana took one wicket in 10-overs.
