Half-centuries from Sikandar Raza and Hamilton Masakadza before Tendai Chatara's four-for helped to Zimbabwe thrilling 12-run victory over Sri Lanka, despite a Thisara Perera's blitz in the high-voltage game of the second match of Tri-Nation series.
This was Zimbabwe's first victory against a Full member Sri Lanka at a neutral venue in 15 years.
Zimbabwe scored 290-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Sikandar Raza 81 not out, Hamilton Masakadza struck 73 off 83-balls including 10-fours.
Brendan Taylor cracked a 38 off 51-balls including 4-fours, Solomon Mire scored 34 off 37-balls included 5-fours, Malcolm Waller 29 and Peter Moor 19.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Asela Gunaratne picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 7-overs, Thisara Perera took 2-wickets and one for Suranga Lakmal.
Sri Lanka scored 278 for all-out in 48.1 overs with top scorer by Kusal Perera struck 80 off 83-balls including 8-fours & 2-fours.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Asela Gunaratne picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 7-overs, Thisara Perera took 2-wickets and one for Suranga Lakmal.

Thisara Perera hammered a 64 off 37-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 172.97, Angelo Mathews scored 42 off 64-balls included one-six & a four and Dinesh Chandimal cracked a 34 off 33-balls with 3-fours & a six.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Tendai Chatara claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 33-runs in 8.1 overs, Kyle Jarvis and Graeme Cremer both took 2-wickets and one for Blessing Muzarabani and Sikandar Raza.
Sikandar Raza named Player of the match for his superb batting performance to scored a quick-fire 81-runs knocked off facing 67-balls including 8-fours and a six with strike rate of 120.90.
