This is the ninth time England have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and their third against West Indies in ODIs. This is the tenth time West Indies have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals. Alex Hales named record for fastest man to record five ODI hundred in ODI's - Alex Hales 5th century in 39th innings and 41st match) broke David Gower's England record (43rd innings and 45th match). Alex Hales and Joe Root set up second-wicket record 192-run highest-partnership for England against West Indies in ODI's. Previous record was (144) by Michael Atherton and Graeme Hick at The Oval in 1995.

England scored 328 for all-out in exact 50 overs with top scorer by Alex Hales 110 - who struck his 5th ODI hundred, Joe Root scored 101-runs - which was his 9th ODI hundred - including ten boundaries and Ben Stokes scored 34-runs off 20-balls included four-fours and a six.

West Indies best bowler by Alzarri Joseph claimed four-wicket haul for 76-runs from 10-overs, Jason Holder picked up three wickets and Ashley Nurse took one wicket.

West Indies scored 142 for all-out in 39.2 overs with top scorer by Jonathan Carter struck 46-runs off 77-balls including eight boundaries, Alzarri Joseph scored 22 off 13-balls included 2-fours and a six, Shai Hope 16 and Devendra Bishoo 10.
