Mustafizur Rahman five-for after Half-centuries from Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes and Mahmudullah helped to Bangladesh thumping 61-run victory over Zimbabwe and clinch the three-match series 3-0 whitewash in the third ODI.

  • This is the sixth time Bangladesh have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and their first against Zimbabwe in ODIs..This is the 18th time Zimbabwe have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals.
  • Mustafizur Rahman's 5 for 34 was his second best bowling performance for Bangladesh in One-day international and Bangladesh's fifth best figures against Zimbabwe in ODIs.
  • 9 : Mustafizur Rahman became the first bowler to take three five-wicket hauls in least matches in One-day international cricket history.
  • 147 : Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes set up the fifth highest first-wicket partnership for Bangladesh in One-day international and Bangladesh's third best opening stand against Zimbabwe in ODIs.

Bangladesh scored 276-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Imrul Kayes struck 73 off 95-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes, Tamim Iqbal 73.

Mahmudullah blasted a 52 off 40-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 130, Mushfiqur Rahim 28, Liton Das 17 and Mashrafe Mortaza 16.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Luke Jongwe, Graeme Cremer both took 2-wickets, Malcolm Waller, Sikandar Raza and Tinashe Panyangara each took one-wickets.

Zimbabwe scored 215 for all-out in 43.3 overs with top scorer by Sean Williams struck 64 off 84-balls including five boundaries.

Elton Chigumbura cracked a 45 off 47-balls including 6-fours, Malcolm Waller scored 32 off 40-balls included 4-fours, Craig Ervine hit 21 off 25-balls with 4-fours and Regis Chakabva 17.

Bangladesh best bowler by Mustafizur Rahman claimed a 5-wicket haul for 34-runs in 8-overs, Sabbir Rahman, Nasir Hossain, Mashrafe Mortaza, Al-Amin Hossain and Arafat Sunny each took one-wickets.

Tamim Iqbal named player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 73-runs knocked off facing 98-balls including 7-fours and a six.

Mushfiqur Rahim earned player of the series for contributing 156-runs including a century in the three-match ODI series.
