Sensational debutant Dasun Shanaka's 19-ball 42 with debut five-for, Dinesh Chandimal's record-breaking century and Kusal Mendis' debut fifty guided Sri Lanka cruising to via DLS method 76-run victory over Ireland and take a 1-0 lead in a historic game of the second ODI.

* Sri Lanka's 303 was their highest score against Ireland in One-day internationals.

* Sri Lanka's 76-run win was their second largest victory by terms of runs against Ireland in One-day internationals.

* Dinesh Chandimal became the first Sri Lankan batsman to score a hundred against Ireland in One-day international cricket history.

* Dasun Shanaka's 5 for 43 was the second best debut bowling figures for Sri Lanka in One-day international after Uvais Karnain's 5 for 26 and became the third Sri Lanka bowler to claimed a 5-wicket haul on debut match in ODIs after Uvais Karnain and Charitha Fernando.

* Dasun Shanaka's 5 for 43 was his best bowling performance for Sri Lanka in One-day international and the best bowling figures by an Sri Lankan bowler against Ireland in ODIs, surpassing the previous record of 4 for 19 held by Muttiah Muralitharan at St George's in the 2007 World Cup.

* Ireland lost their last six wickets for just 18-runs - which was their second worst last six-wicket collapse in One-day international and it is their worst last 6-wicket collapse against Sri Lanka in ODIs. They went from 198 for 4 to 216 for all out.

Their worst such collapse was six for 9-runs against New Zealand at Providence in the 2007 World Cup.

Sri Lanka scored 303-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Dinesh Chandimal 100 not out off 107-balls  - which was his 3rd ODI hundred and his first century against Ireland - Including six boundaries.

Debutant Kusal Mendis - who scored 51 off 59-balls on his debut ODI match - Including 8-fours, Angelo Mathews 49 off 53-balls - who fell one-run short of his half-century - included 4-fours & 2-sixes.

Debutant Dasun Shanaka who  42-runs on his debut ODI match and Kusal Perera 32.

Ireland best bowler by Boyd Rankin takes two-wickets, debutant Barry MacCarthy - who took 2-wickets on his debut ODI match, Kevin O'Brien, Max Sorensen and Tim Murtagh each took one-wickets.

Ireland scored 216 for all-out in 40.4 overs - due to rain revised DLS target of 293 from 47-overs.

Ireland top scorer by William Porterfield struck 73 off 88-balls including 7-fours, Kevin O'Brien hammered a 64 off 49-balls Included 6-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 130.61.

Paul Stirling scored 27 off 34-balls including 4-fours and Stuart Poynter 20.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Dasun Shanaka claimed 5-wickets for 43-runs from 9-overs, Angelo Mathews picked up 2-wickets, Shaminda Eranga, Nuwan Pradeep and Seekkuge Prasanna each took one wickets.
