Rohit Sharma's 150 was his third highest score for India in One-day international and the second highest-score by an Indian batsman against South Africa in ODIs after Sachin Tendulkar's unbeaten 200. 149 : Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane set up the fourth highest second-wicket partnership for India against South Africa in One-day internationals. Farhaan Behardien blasted a unbeaten 35 off 19-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 184.21 and Quinton de Kock hit 29 off 33-balls included five-fours and JP Duminy 15.

India best bowler by Amit Mishra, Umesh Yadav both took two-wickets and one for Ravichandran Ashwin.

India scored 298-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma 150 off 133-balls - which was his 8th ODI hundred & his first century against South Africa in ODIs - including 13-fours and 6-sixes with strike rate of 112.78.

Ajinkya Rahane struck 60 off 82-balls included five boundaries, MS Dhoni hit 31 off 30-balls included a boundary and Shikhar Dhawan scored 23 off 28-balls with 5-fours.
