Bangladesh scored 288-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Mahmudullah scored unbeaten 128 off 123-balls - who struck his second successive hundred including 12-fours and 3-sixes.
Soumya Sarkar struck 51 off 58-balls included seven-fours, Sabbir Rahman who scored rapid 40 off 23-balls with 5-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 173.91.
New Zealand best bowler by Grant Elliott, Corey Anderson, Trent Boult each picked up 2-wickets and Daniel Vettori took one-wicket.
New Zealand chased 290-7 in 48.5 overs with top scorer by Martin Guptill scored 105 - which was his 6th ODI hundred, Ross Taylor struck 56 off 97-balls including five boundaries, Grant Elliott and Corey Anderson each scored 39-runs.
Bangladesh best bowler by Shakib Al Hasan claimed four-wicket haul for 55-runs from 8.5 overs, Nasir Hossain took two wickets and one for Rubel Hossain.
