* South Africa chased 319 was their third highest successful run-chase in One-day international, It is their highest chase against England in ODIs and also the highest chase at SuperSport Park, Centurion in ODIs.

* England's 318 was their third highest score against South Africa in One-day internationals.

* South Africa's 319 was their second highest score against England in One-day internationals.

* Alex Hales and Joe Root set up the second highest second-wicket partnership for England against South Africa in One-day internationals.

* 239 : Quinton de Kock and Hashim Amla set up the record first-wicket partnership for South Africa and highest for any wicket partnership between South Africa versus England in ODIs.

* Joe Root's 125 was his career-best score for England in One-day international and the highest score by an England batsman against South Africa in ODIs, surpassing the previous record of 116 held by Kevin Pietersen at Centurion in 2005.

* Quinton de Kock's 135 was his joint second highest score for South Africa in One-day international and his second highest score against England in ODIs.

England scored 318-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Joe Root 125 off 113-balls- which was his 7th ODI hundred and his first century against South Africa in ODIs - including 10-fours and 5-sixes with strike rate of 110.62.

Alex Hales struck 65 off 73-balls including 8-fours and Ben Stokes blasted a 53 off 37-balls included 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 143.24 and Jason Roy hit 20 off 23-balls with 4-fours.

South Africa best bowler by Kyle Abbott, Kagiso Rabada each took 2-wickets and one for Morne Morkel and David Wiese.

South Africa chased 319-3 in 46.2 overs with top scorer by Quinton de Kock 135 - which was his 10th ODI hundred and his second century against England in ODIs.

Hashim Amla struck 127 off 130-balls - which was his 22nd ODI hundred and his second century against England in ODIs - including 13-fours and 2-sixes, Faf du Plessis scored a unbeaten 33 off 29-balls including 4-fours & a six.
