Bowlers attack before Half-centuries from James Taylor and Jos Buttler helped to England tense three-wicket victory over India and sealed their place in the final in a nail-biter game of the sixth match of a Tri-series.

  • 125 : James Taylor and Jos Buttler set up the record sixth-wicket partnership for England against India in One-day international, previously held by the 106-run stand between Owais Shah and Luke Wright at London in 2007.
  • India's 200 was their second lowest score against England in Australia in One-day internationals.

India scored 200 for all-out in 48.1 overs with top scorer by Ajinkya Rahane struck 73 off 101-balls including 3-fours & a six.

Shikhar Dhawan scored 38 off 65-balls including four boundaries, Mohammed Shami hammered a 25 off 18-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 138.89 and MS Dhoni 17.

England best bowler by Steven Finn picked up 3-wickets for 36-runs in 10-overs, Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes, Stuart Broad each took 2-wickets and one for James Anderson.

England chased 201-7 in 46.5 overs with top scorer by James Taylor 82, Jos Buttler struck 67 off 78-balls included 7-fours and Moeen Ali 17.

India best bowler by Stuart Binny picked up 3-wickets for 33-runs in 8 overs, Mohit Sharma took 2-wickets and one for Mohammed Shami - Axar Patel.

James Taylor named Player of the match for his match-winning superb 82-runs knocked off facing 122-balls including four boundaries.
