A superb batting display from Kumar Sangakkara, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal and Nuwan Kulasekara before Sachithra Senanayake's third-man boundary to give Sri Lanka tense two-wicket victory over Pakistan despite a brilliant century from Ahmed Shehzad and level the series with 1-1 in the nail-biter game of the second ODI.

Pakistan scored 284-4 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ahmed Shehzad 124 off 140-balls - which was his 4th ODI hundred and his first century against Sri Lanka in ODIs - including eight boundaries.

Misbah-ul-Haq cracked a unbeaten 59 off 62-balls including 2-fours & a six, Mohammad Hafeez scored 32 off 52-balls included 3-fours.

Shahid Afridi hammered a 30 off 15-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 200 and Sohaib Maqsood 18.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Seekkuge Prasanna, Nuwan Kulasekara and Lasith Malinga each took one-wickets.

Sri Lanka chased 287-8 in 49.4 overs with top scorer by Kumar Sangakkara struck 58 off 67-balls including 4-fours & a six, Angelo Mathews 47.

Dinesh Chandimal scored 44 off 57-balls including a six, Tillakaratne Dilshan cracked a 40 off 48-balls included 6-fours.

Nuwan Kulasekara hammered a 32 off 26-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 123.08, Kusal Perera 16 and Dimuth Karunaratne 16 not out.

Pakistan best bowler by Junaid Khan picked up 3-wickets, Shahid Afridi took 2-wickets and one for Saeed Ajmal.

Angelo Mathews named player of the match for his match-winning brilliant batting performance to scored a 47 off 44-balls including 2-fours with strike rate of 106.82.
