Hamish Bennett's four-for before Half-centuries from Henry Nicholls, Martin Guptill and Colin de Grandhomme powers to New Zealand emphatic five-wicket victory over India, despite a brilliant century from KL Rahul and clinch the three-match series 3-0 whitewash in a high-scoring game of the third ODI.

New Zealand chased 297 was their joint eighth highest successful run-chase in One-day international and It is their second highest chase against India in ODIs. This is the 13th time New Zealand have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and their first against India in ODIs. This is the first time India have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals. New Zealand consigned India to their first bilateral ODI series whitewash in more than 30 years. India's 296 was their tenth highest score against New Zealand in One-day internationals. New Zealand's 300 was their joint ninth highest score against India in One-day internationals. 100 : Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul set up the sixth highest fourth-wicket partnership for India against New Zealand in One-day internationals. 106 : Martin Guptill and Henry Nicholls set up the sixth highest first-wicket partnership for New Zealand against India in One-day internationals.

India scored 296-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by KL Rahul 112 off 113-balls - which was his 4th ODI hundred and his first century against New Zealand in ODIs - including 9-fours & 2-sixes.

Shreyas Iyer struck 62 off 63-balls including 9-fours, Manish Pandey scored 42 off 48-balls included 2-fours and Prithvi Shaw struck 40 off 42-balls with 3-fours & 2-sixes, 

New Zealand best bowler by Hamish Bennett claimed four-wicket haul 64-runs in 10-overs, James Neesham and Kyle Jamieson both took 1-1 wickets.

New Zealand chased 300-5 in 47.1 overs with top scorer by Henry Nicholls 80, Martin Guptill struck 66 off 46-balls including 6-fours and 4-sixes.

Colin de Grandhomme hammered a unbeaten 58 off 28-balls 6-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 207.14, Tom Latham scored a unbeaten 32 off 34-balls included 3-fours, Kane Williamson 22 and James Neesham 19.

India best bowler by Yuzvendra Chahal picked up 3-wickets and one for Ravindra Jadeja - Shardul Thakur.

Henry Nicholls named player of the match for his match-winning magnificent 80-runs knocked off facing 103-balls including nine boundaries.

Ross Taylor earned player of the series for his contributed 194-runs including one-century and a fifty with average of 97 in the three-match ODI series.
