Ross Taylor's masterclass century and Kane Williamson's well made fifty and Brendon McCullum's quick-fire 49* leads to New Zealand's record seven-wicket victory over India and took an unassailable 3-0 lead to seal the series in the fourth ODI.

  • New Zealand chased 279 was their seventh highest successful run-chase in One-day international and It is their highest chase against India in ODIs, previous highest chase was 277 at Harare in the 2005 Videocon Triangular Series Final.
  • 127* : MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja set up the second highest sixth-wicket partnership for India against New Zealand in One-day international and India's joint fourth highest sixth-wicket stand in ODIs, jointly 127-run stand held by between Mohammad Azharuddin and Ajay Sharma at Vadodara in 1988.
  • 130 : Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor set up the third highest third-wicket partnership for New Zealand against India in One-day internationals.
  • Ross Taylor became the eighth New Zealand batsman to score a hundred against India in One-day internationals.
  • 9 : Ross Taylor hit the second most centuries for New Zealand in One-day internationals after Nathan Astle (16).
  • India's 278 was their tenth highest score against New Zealand in One-day internationals.

India scored 278-5 in 50 overs with top scorer by MS Dhoni hammered a unbeaten 79 off 73-balls including 6-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 108.22.

Rohit Sharma cracked a 79 off 94-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes, Ravindra Jadeja blasted a unbeaten 62 off 54-balls included 8-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 114.81.

Ambati Rayudu scored 37 off consuming 58-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes.

New Zealand best bowler by Tim Southee took 2-wickets, Kane Williamson, Kyle Mills and Hamish Bennett each took one-wickets.

New Zealand chased 280-3 in 48.3 overs with top scorer by Ross Taylor 112 not out - which was his 9th ODI hundred and his first century against India in ODIs.

Kane Williamson struck 60 off 82-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours, Brendon McCullum blasted a unbeaten 49 off 36-balls included 4-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 136.11.

India best bowler by Varun Aaron and Mohammed Shami both took 1-1 wickets.
