Fighting knocks from Asad Shafiq and Umar Akmal after a pace bowling attack helped to Pakistan stunning four-wicket victory over Australia in a low-scoring 40th match of a ICC Cricket World Cup.

Pakistan chased 178-6 in 41-overs with top scorer by Asad Shafiq struck 46 off consuming 81 deliveries including five boundaries, Umar Akmal 44 not out, Younis Khan scored 31, Kamran Akmal 23 and Abdul Razzaq cracked a unbeaten 20 off 24-balls.

Australia best bowler by Brett Lee claimed 4-wicket haul for 28-runs in 8-overs, Mitchell Johnson and Jason Krejza each took one-wickets.

Umar Akmal named Player of the match for his match-winning unbeaten 44-runs knocked off facing 59-balls including four-fours and a six.
