* New Zealand's 358 was their second highest total in World Cups behind the 363 they made against Canada in 2007. They have six scores above 300 in World Cups.

* New Zealand scored 74 runs in the batting Powerplay, the most by any team in this World Cup. Pakistan are second, with 70 runs against Kenya.
Ross Taylor's strike rate is the third highest for a New Zealand batsman for a fifty-plus score in World Cups.

* The 12 sixes hit in New Zealand's innings is the second highest for them in an innings in World Cups. The overall record is 18, jointly held by India and South Africa.

* Rizwan Cheema's economy rate of 13.24 is the fourth highest among all bowlers who have bowled at least four overs in an innings in a World Cup match.

* 125 :  Ashish Bagai and Jimmy Hansra set up the third highest third-wicket partnership for Canada in ODIs and their second highest in World Cups.

* Canada's 261 was their highest total in World Cups, going past the 249 they made against New Zealand in 2007.

New Zealand scored massive total of 358-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Brendon McCullum 101 - which was his 3rd ODI hundred, his first century against Canada in ODIs and his first ODI century in World Cups.

Ross Taylor hammered a 74 off 44-balls including 6--fours & 5-sixes with strike rate of 168.18, Jesse Ryder struck 38 off 56-balls included 3-fours, Scott Styris blasted a 35 off 20-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 175.

Kane Williamson scored a unbeaten 34 off 27-balls including 4-fours, James Franklin hammered a unbeaten 31 off 8-balls included 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 387.50 and Martin Guptill 17.

Canada best bowler by Harvir Baidwan picked up 3-wickets, Balaji Roa took 2-wickets and one for John Davison.

Canada scored 261-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ashish Bagai struck 84 off 87-balls including 10-fours.

Jimmy Hansra cracked a unbeaten 70 off 105-balls including 4-fours and a six, Hiral Patel scored 31 and Khurram Chohan 22.

New Zealand best bowler by Jacob Oram picked up 3-wickets, Kyle Mills took 2-wickets for 2-runs in 2.4 overs, Jesse Ryder, Tim Southee and Nathan McCullum each took one-wickets.

Brendon McCullum named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 101-runs knocked off facing 109-balls including 12-fours and 2-sixes.
