England scored decent total of 279-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ed Joyce struck 62 off 103-balls including four-fours and a six, Paul Collingwood 62, Michael Vaughan cracked a 45 off 64 deliveries with seven boundaries.
Ravi Bopara scored 29, Ian Bell 28 and Paul Nixon smashed a flurry 8-ball 23-runs including 4-fours and a six with strike rate of 287.50.
Canada best bowler by Sunil Dhaniram picked up 3-wickets, Abdool Samad, Anderson Cummins and George Codrington each took one-wickets.
Canada scored 228-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ashif Mulla struck 58 off 60-balls including 6-fours and a six, Abdool Samad cracked a 36 off 67-balls included one-four & a six, Sunil Dhaniram scored 30 off 33 deliveries with 3-fours, Desmond Chumney 27 not out, John Davison 21 and Ian Billcliff 20.
England best bowler by Ravi Bopara, Liam Plunkett both took two-wickets and one for Monty Panesar - James Anderson.
Paul Collingwood named Player of the match for his rapid 62-runs knocked off facing 48-balls four-fours and a six with strike rate of 125.
