Australia scored massive total of 332-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Matthew Hayden 158 - which was his 9th ODI hundred and his second century in the tournament.

Michael Clarke struck 41 off 47-balls including four boundaries, Ricky Ponting scored 35 off 36-balls included four-fours & a six, Shane Watson cracked a unbeaten 33 off 26-balls included 3-fours and a six.

West Indies best bowler by Dwayne Bravo, Daren Powell both took two-wickets and one for Marlon Samuels.

West Indies scored 219 for all-out in 45.3 overs with top scorer by Brian Lara struck 77 off 83-balls including 8-fours and a six, Denesh Ramdin cracked a 52 off 43-balls included six boundaries and Ramnaresh Sarwan scored 29.

Australia best bowler by Glenn McGrath, Brad Hogg both picked up 3-wickets, Shaun Tait took two-wickets and one for Nathan Bracken - Andrew Symonds.

Matthew Hayden named player of the match for his magnificent batting display of scoring 158-runs knocked off facing 143-balls including 14-fours and 4-sixes.
