New Zealand scored 235 for all-out in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Stephen Fleming struck 42 off 43-balls including 7-fours, Lee Germon scored 41 off 67-balls included a boundary, Adam Parore scored 36, Chris Cairns 32 and Roger Twose 24.

Pakistan best bowler by Waqar Younis, Mushtaq Ahmed, Saleem Malik and Aaqib Javed each took two-wickets.

Saleem Malik named player of the match for his all-round performance to claimed two wickets and scoring valuable unbeaten 55-runs off 47-balls including five-fours.
