Bangladesh best bowler by Mohammad Rafique, Shakib Al Hasan, Syed Rasel and Abdur Razzak each took one-wickets.
Bangladesh scored 112 for all-out in 37-overs due to revised target of 311 in 46 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Ashraful struck a unbeaten 45 off 63 deliveries including six boundaries and Habibul Bashar scored 18.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Lasith Malinga picked up 3-wickets, Chaminda Vaas, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Muttiah Muralitharan, Russell Arnold and Farveez Maharoof each took one-wickets.
Sanath Jayasuriya named player of the match for his brilliant batting display of scoring 109-runs knocked off facing 87-balls including 7-sixes and 7-fours with strike rate of 125.28.
