Martin Guptill scored 39 off 65-balls including 3-fours, Ross Taylor hit 36 off 55-balls included a boundary, Kane Williamson 22 and Jesse Ryder 19.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Ajantha Mendis picked up 3-wickets for 35-runs in 9.5-overs, Lasith Malinga takes three-wickets, Muttiah Muralitharan took 2-wickets and one for Tillakaratne Dilshan - Rangana Herath.

New Zealand best bowler by Tim Southee picked up 3-wickets and one for Daniel Vettori and Andy McKay.
Kumar Sangakkara named Player of the match for his match-winning masterclass 54-runs knocked off facing 79-balls including 7-fours and a six.
