Australia scored decent total of 260-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ricky Ponting 104 off 118-balls - which was his 30th ODI hundred, his sixth century against India in ODIs and his 5th ODI hundred in World Cups - including 7-fours & a six.

Brad Haddin struck 53 off 62-balls including 6-fours & a six, David Hussey hammered a 38 off 26-balls with 3-fours & a six, Shane Watson scored 25 and Cameron White 12.

India best bowler by Yuvraj Singh, Ravichandran Ashwin and Zaheer Khan each took two-wickets.

India chased 261-5 in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Yuvraj Singh 57 not out, Sachin Tendulkar struck 53 off 68-balls including 7-fours, Gautam Gambhir cracked a 50 off 64-balls including two boundaries.

Suresh Raina scored a unbeaten 34 off 28-balls including 2-fours & a six, Virat Kohli 24 and Virender Sehwag 15.

Australia best bowler by David Hussey, Shane Watson, Brett Lee and Shaun Tait each took one-wickets.

Yuvraj Singh named Player of the match for his match-winning all-round display of scoring unbeaten 57-runs knocked off facing 65-balls including 8-fours after took 2-wickets for 44-runs in 10-overs.
