Australia scored 160-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Aaron Finch struck 43 off 34-balls including 3-fours and 2-sixes, Glenn Maxwell scored 31, Usman Khawaja 26.
Shane Watson - who scored a unbeaten 18 off 16-balls on his last international match - included two-fours.
India best bowler by Hardik Pandya took two-wickets, Yuvraj Singh, Ashish Nehra, Ravichandran Ashwin and Jasprit Bumrah each took one-wickets.
India chased 161-4 in 19.1 overs with top scorer by Virat Kohli 82 not out, Yuvraj Singh struck 21 off 18-balls including one-four & a six, MS Dhoni 18 not out.
Australia best bowler by Shane Watson takes two-wickets, Nathan Coulter-Nile - James Faulkner each took one-wickets.
Virat Kohli named Player of the match for his match-winning magnificent unbeaten 82-runs knocked off facing 51-balls including 9-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 160.78.
