India scored modest total of 181 for all-out in 49.3 overs with top scorer by Sachin Tendulkar struck 38 off 58-balls including 2-fours, Sourav Ganguly cracked a 31 off 36-balls included four boundaries, VVS Laxman scored 23 and Nayan Mongia 22.

New Zealand best bowler by Chris Cairns picked up 3-wickets, Nathan Astle and Mark Priest each took one-wickets.

New Zealand chased 183-6 in 49-overs with top scorer by Craig McMillan 59, Stephen Fleming struck 33 off 47-balls including five boundaries, Adam Parore scored 27 and Chris Cairns 19.

India best bowler by Anil Kumble, Venkatesh Prasad both took two-wickets and one for Harvinder Singh - Sachin Tendulkar.

Craig McMillan named Player of the match for his match-winning 59-runs knocked off consuming 122-balls including one-six and a four.
