A fine bowling attack from Shane Bond, Scott Styris and Jacob Oram before skipper Stephen Fleming's superb century gives New Zealand easy nine-wicket victory over Bangladesh in a one-sided Super Eights clash of a ICC Cricket World Cup.
Bangladesh scored modest total of 174 for all-out in 48.3 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Rafique cracked a unbeaten 30 off 36-balls including 2-sixes and a four, Tamim Iqbal struck 29 off 54 deliveries included four boundaries, Aftab Ahmed scored 27, Shakib Al Hasan 25 and Javed Omar 22.
New Zealand best bowler by Scott Styris claimed 4-wicket haul for 43-runs in 10-overs, Jacob Oram picked up 3-wickets and Shane Bond took two-wickets.
New Zealand chased 178-1 in 29.2 overs with top scorer by Stephen Fleming smashed a unbeaten 102 off 92-balls - which was his 8th ODI hundred including 10-fours and 3-sixes, Hamish Marshall cracked a 50 not out off 54-balls included 2-fours & a six and Peter Fulton 15.
Bangladesh best bowler by Syed Rasel took one-wicket for 22-runs in 7-overs.
Shane Bond named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling attack to took 2-wickets for 15-runs in 10-overs including four maidens with economy rate of 1.40.
