New Zealand beat Debutants West Indies 3-0 in a bowl-out after James Franklin smashed the second ball from Ian Bradshaw for six and then Shane Bond hammered a four off the final-ball to remarkable first-ever T20I match-tied in a historic one-off Twenty20 international.

West Indies scored 126-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Darren Ganga, Shivnarine Chanderpaul both scored 26-runs, Dwayne Bravo 19 not out.

New Zealand best bowler by Shane Bond, Scot Styris both took 2-wickets and one for Jeetan Patel.

New Zealand scored 126-8 20 overs with top scorer by Debitant Lou Vincent - who scored 42 off 37-balls on his debut T20I match - including 5-fours & a six, Scot Styris 19, Peter Fulton 16.

West Indies best bowler by Dwayne Smith, Dwayne Bravo, Chris Gayle and Jerome Taylor each took 2-wickets.

Dwayne Smith named Player of the match for his excellent bowling performance to took 2-wickets for 9-runs in 3.2 overs.
