Sean Williams's half-century before Wellington Masakadza's four-for, Donald Tiripano and Tendai Chatara's each two wickets helped to Zimbabwe narrow 11-run victory over Scotland in the First Round encounter of a ICC World Twenty20.
* Wellington Masakadza's 4 for 28 was the best bowling figures for Zimbabwe in T20 international, surpassing the previous record of 4 for 31 held Elton Chigumbura against England at Cape Town in the inaugural 2007 World Twenty20.
Zimbabwe scored 147-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Sean Williams cracked a 36-ball 53-runs including six-fours with strike rate of 147.22, Elton Chigumbura scored 20 and Richmond Mutumbami 19.
Scotland best bowler by Mark Watt, Alasdair Evans and Safyaan Sharif each took two-wickets.
Scotland scored 136 for all-out in 19.4 overs with top scorer by Richie Berrington scored 36, Preston Mommsen 31 and Josh Davey 24.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Wellington Masakadza 4-38, Donald Tiripano, Tendai Chatara both took two-wickets and one for Tinashe Panyangara - Sean Williams.
Wellington Masakadza named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to claimed 4-wicket haul for 28-runs in 4-overs.
