Alex Hales' record-breaking 68-ball 99 and Ravi Bopara's half-century leads to England convincing seven-wicket victory over West Indies in the one-off Twenty20 international.

* Alex Hales became the first player to dismissed on 99 in T20 international cricket history.

* Alex Hales' 99 was the highest score by an England batsman in One-day international cricket history, surpassing the previous record of unbeaten 85 held by Eoin Morgan against South Africa at Johannesburg in 2009 and the seventh highest-score in T20Is.

* 159 : Alex Hales and Ravi Bopara set up the record second-wicket partnership for England in T20 international, previously held by the 111-run stand between Craig Kieswetter and Kevin Pietersen against Australia at Bridgetown in the 2010 World Twenty20 and the second highest second-wicket stand in T20Is.

* 65* : Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard set up the record fifth-wicket partnership for West Indies against England in T20 international, previously held by the 59-run stand between Marlon Samuels and Denesh Ramdin at The Oval in 2007 and West Indies' second highest fifth-wicket stand in T20Is.

West Indies scored 172-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Dwayne Smith struck 70 off 54-balls including 5-sixes & 5-fours.

Dwayne Bravo hammered a unbeaten 54 off 36-balls including 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 150 and Kieron Pollard blasted a unbeaten 23 off 13-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike-rate of 176.92.

England best bowler by Steven Finn took 2-wickets and one for Graeme Swann - Stuart Broad.

England chased 173-3 in 19.4 overs with top scorer by Alex Hales 99 - who fell one-run short of his maiden T20I century and Ravi Bopara struck 59 off 44-balls including 4-fours & a six.

West Indies best bowler by Ravi Rampaul took two-wickets and one for Marlon Samuels.

Alex Hales named Player of the match for his match-winning record-breaking career-best 99-runs knocked off facing 68-balls including 6-fours and 4-sixes with strike rate of 145.58.
