George Bailey and Cameron White' assault sets up to Australia's record 84-run victory over England and registered the their historic first-ever three-match series 3-0 whitewash in a one-sided game of the third T20I.

Match Stats : 
  • Australia's 84-run win was their third largest victory by terms of runs in T20 international and it is their biggest win against England in T20Is, previous biggest win by 77-runs at same venue in 2007.
  • This is the first time Australia have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in T20 internationals.
  • This is the first time England have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in T20 internationals.
  • 26-runs : Number of runs that were scored in the 20th over from Jade Dernbach, which is the joint fourth most productive over for Australia and the joint 12th most productive-over in T20 internationals cricket history. George Bailey scored 26 of those runs, which are also the joint 12th most run in a single over.
  • Australia's 195 was their tenth highest score in T20 internationals and it is their fourth highest total against England in T20Is.
  • 56* : George Bailey and Matthew Wade set up the record seventh-wicket partnership for Australia against England in T20 international, previously held by the 25-run stand between Glenn Maxwell and James Faulkner at Chester-le-Street in the last year and Australia's fourth highest seventh-wicket stand in T20Is.
  • England's 111 was their joint third lowest score in the completed innings in T20 international and It is their worst total against Australia in T20Is, previous lowest was 130 at Melbourne in this series' second T20I.

Australia scored massive total of 195-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by George Bailey 49 not out, Cameron White struck 41 off 37-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Aaron Finch blasted a 30 off 21-balls including 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 142.85, Ben Cutting hit 29 off 16-balls included three-sixes and a four with strike-rate of 181.25 and Matthew Wade 19 not out.

England best bowler by Stuart Broad picked up 3-wickets, Joe Root, Tim Bresnan both takes 1-wickets and debutant Chris Jordan - who took one-wicket on his debut T20I match.

England scored 111 for all-out in 17.2 overs with top scorer by Eoin Morgan blasted a 34 off 20-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 170 and Tim Bresnan 14 and Joe Root 11.

Australia best bowler by James Muirhead, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Glenn Maxwell each takes 2-wickets, Mitchell Starc, Daniel Christian and Ben Cutting each took one-wickets.

George Bailey named Player of the match for his unbeaten rapid 49-runs knocked off facing 20-balls including 4-fours and 3-sixes with strike rate of 245.
