Ryan McLaren five-wicket haul after a Jacques Kallis half-century helped to South Africa grab 13-run victory over West Indies and wrap up 1-0 lead in the first Twenty20 international.
* Ryan McLaren's 5 for 19 was the best bowling figures for South Africa in T20 international cricket history and the second best figures in T20Is.
* Ryan McLaren is only the fourth man to take a five-haul in T20 Internationals.
South Africa scored 136-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Jacques Kallis struck 53 off 45-balls including 3-fours & a four, Graeme Smith cracked a 37 off 31-balls included 3-fours & a six and AB de Villiers 11.
West Indies best bowler by Kieron Pollard, Kemar Roach both took two-wickets and one for Nikita Miller - Jerome Taylor.
West Indies scored 123 for all-out in 19.5 overs with top scorer by Kieron Pollard cracked a 27 off 17-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 158.82, Dwayne Bravo 20, Darren Sammy 17, Chris Gayle 14 and Ramnaresh Sarwan 13.
