Umar Gul 5 for 6 after a Mohammad Hafeez 86 helped to Pakistan emphatic 95-run victory over South Africa and seal the two-match series with 1-0 in the one-sided game of the second Twenty20 international.

* Umar Gul's 5 for 6 was equals his best bowling figure in Twenty20 internationals. He had claimed 5 for 6 against New Zealand at The Oval in 2009. Umar Gul's effort is also the joint-third on the list of best bowling figures in Twenty20 internationals.

* Umar Gul's strike rate of 2.8 (five wickets in 14 balls) is the best ever in Twenty20 internationals surpassing Mohammad Hafeez's strike rate of 3.5 against Zimbabwe in 2011 (min four wickets in an innings).

* Pakistan's win was their fourth in seven Twenty20 internationals against South Africa.

* Pakistan's 95-run win was their biggest margin victory by terms of runs against South Africa and third-highest overall.

* Pakistan's 195 was their highest score against South Africa and their third-highest total overall. It is also the fifth-highest total in Twenty20 internationals against South Africa.

* South Africa's 100 was their lowest ever in Twenty20 internationals (matches unaffected by rain). Their previous lowest was 114 against Australia in Brisbane in 2006.

* Mohammad Hafeez became the first Pakistan batsman to reach the 1000-run milestone in Twenty20 internationals. He is the eighth player overall and the third from the subcontinent to pass 1000 runs in Twenty20 internationals.

* For only the third time, three South African batsmen were dismissed for a duck in an innings. This is also the only time that three batsmen have been dismissed for a first-ball duck in an innings in Twenty20 internationals.

Pakistan scored massive total of 195-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Hafeez 86, Ahmed Shehzad blasted a 46 off 25-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 184 and Shahid Afridi 19 not out.

South Africa best bowler by Rory Kleinveldt, Chris Morris both takes 2-wickets, Lonwabo Tsotsobe took 1-wicket and debutant Kyle Abbott - who took one-wicket on his debut T20I match.

South Africa scored 100 for all-out in 12.2 overs with top scorer by AB de Villiers struck 36 off 22-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 163.63.

Rory Kleinveldt blasted a 22 off 7-balls included 3-sixes & a four with strike-rate of 314.28 and Robin Peterson 13.

Pakistan best bowler by Umar Gul claimed 5-wicket haul for 6-runs in 2.2 overs, Mohammad Hafeez picked up 3-wickets and one for Junaid Khan - Mohammad Irfan.

Mohammad Hafeez named player of the match for his all-round performance to picked up 3-wickets for 25-runs in 3-overs after a scoring rapid 86-runs knocked off facing 51-balls including 9-fours and 4-sixes with strike rate of 168.62.
