* 326 : India registered their highest successful run-chase in One-day international cricket history and the second highest chase in ODIs.

* England's 325 was their fourth highest score in One-day international and it is their second highest total against India in ODIs.

* India's 326 was their sixth highest score in One-day international and it is their highest total against England in ODIs.

England scored mammoth total of 326-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Nasser Hossain 115 off 128-balls - which was his maiden ODI hundred - including 10-fours.

Marcus Trescothick 109 off 100-balls - which was his 3rd ODI hundred - including 7-fours & 2-sixes, Andrew Flintoff struck 40 off 32-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 125.

India best bowler by Zaheer Khan picked up 3-wickets and one for Anil Kumble - Ashish Nehra.

India chased 326-8 in 49.3 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Kaif 87 not out - which was his career-best score in ODIs., Yuvraj Singh struck 69 off 63-balls including 9-fours.

Sourav Ganguly blasted a 60 off 43-balls including 10-fours & a six with strike rate of 139.53, Virender Sehwag cracked a 45 off 49-balls included 7-fours and Harbhajan Singh 15.

England best bowler by Ashley Giles, Andrew Flintoff, Ronnie Irani each took two-wickets and one for Paul Collingwood - Alex Tudor.

Mohammad Kaif named Player of the match for his match-winning unbeaten 87-runs knocked off facing 75-balls including 6-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 116.
