India's right-handed young batsman Sachin Tendulkar scored a magnificent unbeaten 119-runs knocked off facing 189-balls including 17-fours helped to India save the match on the day 5 of the second Test against England.

* 17 years 112 days : Sachin Tendulkar became the second youngest player ever to score a Test century after Mushtaq Mohammad (17 years 82 days) against India at Delhi in 1961.
