India scored 220-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Sourav Ganguly struck 51 off consuming 110-balls including 5-fours.

Irfan Pathan blasted a unbeaten 36 off 28-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 128.57, Mohammad Kaif scored 34 off 48-balls included a boundary.

Virender Sehwag hit 32 off 39-balls including 5-fours, VVS Laxman 22 and MS Dhoni 20.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Tillakaratne Dilshan claimed a career-best 4-wicket haul for 29-runs in 10-overs, Pradeep Jayaprakashdaran, Upul Chandana and Farveez Maharoof each took one-wickets.

Sri Lanka were 95-6 to chased 221-6 in 48 overs with top scorer by Mahela Jayawardene 94 not out, Upul Chandana cracked a unbeaten 44 off 62-balls including 4-fours, Marvan Atapattu 29 and Kumar Sangakkara 16.

India best bowler by Ashish Nehra takes 2-wickets, Irfan Pathan, Lakshmipathy Balaji and Harbhajan Singh each took one-wickets.

Mahela Jayawardene named Player of the match for his match-winning magnificent unbeaten 94-runs knocked off facing 114-balls including 9-fours and a six.
