IPL record-breaking figures by Anil Kumble's 5 for 5 before Rahul Dravid's fifty helped to Royal Challengers Bangalore thumping 75-run victory over defending champions Rajasthan Royals in a one-sided game of the second match of a Indian Premier League.

Match Stats : 
  • Anil Kumble's 5 for 5 was the best bowling figures for Royal Challengers Bangalore in Indian Premier League and the second best figures in IPL.
  • Rajasthan Royals' 58 was the lowest score ever in Indian Premier League history, surpassing the previous record of 67 by Kolkata Knight Riders against Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai in the last year.

RCB scored 133-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Rahul Dravid blasted a 66 off 48-balls including 8-fours & a six with strike rate of 137.50.

Kevin Pietersen cracked a 32 off 30-balls including 4-fours and Balachandra Akhil scored a run-a-ball 9-runs included a boundary.

RR best bowler by Dimitri Mascarenhas picked up 3-wickets for 20-runs in 4-overs, Shane Warne, Munaf Patel both took 2-wickets and one for Tyron Henderson.

RR bundled out record lowest total of 58 in 15.1 overs with top scorer by Ravindra Jadeja scored 11 off 10-balls including a six.

Tyron Henderson hit 11 off 15-balls including a six and Yusuf Pathan scored 11 off 14-balls contained a four.

RCB best bowler by Anil Kumble claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 5-runs in 3.1-overs including a maiden, Praveen Kumar captured 2-wickets for 7-runs in 3-overs and Jesse Ryder took 2-wickets.

Rahul Dravid named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored 66 off facing 48-balls including 8-fours and a six with strike rate of 137.50.
