* The nine-wicket win is Kolkata Knight Riders' second time in Indian Premier League and first time KKR had defeated Rajasthan Royals by nine or more wickets in IPL.
* 152* : Jacques Kallis and Gautam Gambhir set up the record second-wicket partnership in Indian Premier League history, previously held by the unbeaten 137-run stand between Murali Vijay and Suresh Raina (CSK) vs KKR at Chennai in 2010 and the joint-second highest any-wicket stand in IPL, jointly held by Murali Vijay and Albie Morkel (CSK) vs RR at Chennai in 2010.
