PWI scored 118 for all-out in 17.2 overs with top scorer by Robin Uthappa cracked a 45 off 37-balls including 6-fours & a six.
Rahul Sharma hit 13 off 9-balls including one-six & a four with strike rate of 144.44, Mohnish Mishra and Jesse Ryder each scored 12-runs.
MI best bowler by Munaf Patel picked up 3-wickets, Abu Nechim captured 2-wickets for 13-runs in 3-overs including a maiden, Ali Murtaza, Lasith Malinga both took 2-wickets and one for James Franklin.
MI chased 124-3 in 20 overs with top scorer by Ambati Rayudu struck 37 off 40-balls including 4-fours.
Sachin Tendulkar struck 35 off 39-balls including 2-fours, Rohit Sharma hit a unbeaten 20 off 18-balls included one-six & a four and Andrew Symonds scored a unbeaten 16 off 15-balls contained two boundaries.
PWI best bowler by Shrikant Wagh, Rahul Sharma and Alfonso Thomas each took one-wickets.
Munaf Patel named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to picked up 3-wickets for 8-runs in 2.2 overs.
