Shaun Marsh's superb unbeaten 68 gives Kings XI Punjab hard-fought six-wicket victory over Mumbai Indians in a nail-biting 28th match of a Indian Premier League.
MI scored 163-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by James Franklin hammered a 79 off 51-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 154.90.
Dinesh Karthik cracked a 35 off 20-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 175 and Sachin Tendulkar scored a run-a-ball 23-runs contained three-fours.
KXIP best bowler by Parvinder Awana and Praveen Kumar took 2-wickets.
KXIP chased 164-4 in 19.3 overs with top scorer by Shaun Marsh blasted a unbeaten 68 off 40-balls, Nitin Saini struck 30 off 25-balls including 5-fours.
Mandeep Singh scored 24 off 21-balls including 3-fours and David Hussey hit 21 off 19-balls contained two boundaries.
MI best bowler by Kieron Pollard and Pragyan Ojha both took 2-wickets.
Shaun Marsh named Player of the match for his match-winning superb unbeaten 68 off facing 40-balls including 6-fours and 3-sixes with strike rate of 170.
