Shaheen Shah Afridi's five-wicket haul and Wahab Riaz's four-for after Half-centuries from Haris Sohail and Imam-ul-Haq helped to Pakistan comprehensive 26-run victory over Zimbabwe, despite a brilliant century from Brendan Taylor and take a 1-0 lead in the first ODI.

* Shaheen Shah Afridi's 5 for 49 was his second best bowling performance for Pakistan in One-day international and Pakistan's fifth best figures against Zimbabwe in ODIs.

* 119 : Brendan Taylor and Wesley Madhewere set up the ninth highest fifth-wicket partnership for Zimbabwe in One-day international and Zimbabwe's second best fifth-wicket stand in ODIs.

Pakistan scored 281-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Haris Sohail struck 71 off 82-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes.

Imam-ul-Haq cracked a 58 off 75-balls including 6-fours, Imad Wasim scored a unbeaten 34 off 26-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 130.76, Faheem Ashraf 23, Abid Ali 21 and Babar Azam 19.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Tendai Chisoro, Blessing Muzarabani both took 2-wickets and one for Sikandar Raza - Carl Mumba.

Zimbabwe scored 255 for all-out in 49.4 overs with top scorer by Brendan Taylor 112 - which was his 11th ODI hundred

Wesley Madhewere scored 55 off 61-balls including 7-fours and Craig Ervine cracked a 41 off 69-balls included 6-fours.

Pakistan best bowler by Shaheen Shah Afridi claimed a 5-wicket haul for 49-runs in 10-overs, Wahab Riaz picked up 4-wickets for 41-runs in 9.4-overs and Imad Wasim took one-wicket.

Brendan Taylor named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a fighting 112-runs knocked off facing 112-balls including 11-fours and 3-sixes.
