Glenn Phillips' record-breaking century and Devon Conway's rapid half-century sets up to New Zealand massive 72-run victory over West Indies and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in the one-sided game of the second T20I.

* New Zealand's 72-run win was their eighth largest victory by terms of runs in T20 international and it is their third biggest victory against West Indies in T20I.

* Glenn Phillips hammered a 46-ball fastest century by an New Zealand batsman in T20 internationals, surpassing the previous record of 47-ball hundred held by Colin Munro against same opponent at same venue in 2018 and the joint tenth-fastest century in T20Is, jointly with Faf du Plessis (SA) and KL Rahul (IND).

* 8 : Glenn Phillips equalled a joint fourth most sixes hit for New Zealand in an innings in T20 international, jointly with Brendon McCullum and the second most sixes hit by an New Zealand batsman against West Indies in an innings in T20Is.

* Glenn Phillips became the fourth New Zealand batsman to score a hundred in T20 internationals after Brendon McCullum, Martin Guptill and Colin Munro.

* 184 : Devon Conway and Glenn Phillips set up the record third-wicket partnership in T20 international cricket history, surpassing the previous record held by the 182-run stand between Dawid Malan and Eoin Morgan (ENG) against New Zealand at Napier in the last year and the fourth highest any-wicket stand in T20Is.

* New Zealand's 238 was their third highest score in T20 international and it is their second highest total against West Indies in T20Is.

New Zealand scored 238-3 in 20 overs with top scorer by Glenn Phillips 108 - which was his 1st T20I hundred.

Devon Conway blasted a unbeaten 65 off 37-balls including 4-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 175.67, Martin Guptill hammered a 34 off 23-balls included 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike-rate of 147.82 and Tim Seifert 18.

West Indies best bowler by Kieron Pollard, Fabian Allen and Oshane Thomas each took one-wickets.

West Indies scored 166-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Kieron Pollard hammered a 28 off 15-balls including 4-sixes with strike rate of 186.66, Keemo Paul 26 not out, Shimron Hetmyer 25, Andre Fletcher 20.

Debutant Kyle Mayers - who scored 20-runs on his debut T20I match and Fabian Allen 15.

New Zealand best bowler by Kyle Jamieson, Mitchell Santner both took 2-wickets, James Neesham, Lockie Ferguson, Ish Sodhi and Tim Southee each took one-wickets.

Glenn Phillips named Player of the match for record-breaking batting performance to smashed a 108-runs knocked off facing 51-balls including 10-fours and 8-sixes with strike rate of 211.76.
