Gautam Gambhir's fifty and Robin Uthappa's quick-fire 47 helped to Kolkata Knight Riders comfortable eight-wicket victory over Delhi Daredevils in the 28th match of a Indian Premier League.
DD scored 160-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Jean-Paul Duminy blasted a unbeaten 40 off 28-balls including 3-sixes with strike rate of 142.85.
Dinesh Karthik blasted a 36 off 22-balls including 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 163.63, Kedar Jadhav hit a unbeaten 26 off 15-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 173.33 and Murali Vijay scored 24 off 20-balls contained 2-fours & a six.
KKR best bowler by Shakib Al Hasan, Umesh Yadav, Jacques Kallis and Sunil Narine each took one-wickets.
KKR chased 161-2 in 18.2 overs with top scorer by Gautam Gambhir cracked a 69 off 56-balls including 5-fours & 2-sixes.
Robin Uthappa struck 47 off 34-balls including 5-fours & a six, Manish Pandey hit a unbeaten 23 off 14-balls included 2-fours with strike rate of 164.28.
DD best bowler by Wayne Parnell took 2-wickets for 21-runs in 4-overs.
Gautam Gambhir named Player of the match for his match-winning masterclass 69 off facing 56-balls including 5-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 123.21.
