Chidhambaram Gautam struck 22 off 18-balls including 3-fours and Ambati Rayudu scored 14 off 21-balls included a boundary.
DD best bowler by Jaydev Unadkat took 2-wickets and one for Wayne Parnell - Shahbaz Nadeem.
DD chased 126-4 in 18.5 overs with top scorer by Murali Vijay struck 40 off 34-balls, Kevin Pietersen hit a unbeaten 26 off 18-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 144.44.
Quinton de Kock scored 16 off 24-balls including 2-fours and Kedar Jadhav hit a unbeaten 14 off 10-balls included two-fours with strike rate of 140.
MI best bowler by Lasith Malinga took 2-wickets and one for Corey Anderson - Rohit Sharma.
Murali Vijay named Player of the match for his valuable 40 off 34-balls including 4-fours and a six with strike rate of 117.65.
